Aqua park in El Karma Beach Resort & Aqua Park - Hurghada
This is the second time for us in less than a year, we have been to several hotels including high end hotels in Hurghada. This is our favorite so far .Mr Hani the hotel manager was very keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible .The staff are wonderful, helpful , and cheerful. The variety of food is little but the quality is great so thats not really an issue given the quality of food . All in all we will be coming again .Love it ,& keep it up!!!

Special thanks to Mr Handy sedhom for his great efforts which made our stay and changed all the bad things of the 1st night 100%. He was a good listener and took an immediate decision which completely changed our impression to the positive manner Aqua park, pools, food taste, night shows, terrace
